What should I do if the merchandise is damaged?
Upon receipt of merchandise, if it is found to be defective, you may contact MXM Enterprises for a full refund or replacement item.

What is your shipping charge?
MXM Enterprises' shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible. Shipping rates are determined by weight, size, and quantity within the order and therefore dificult to state definitively. Generally, orders of less than $100 are charged approx. $10. In some cases, shipping discounts may be given. Contact customer service with any questions.

Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. A complete address is required on all orders.
